I have long experience in working on how to organise companies and how to define clear roles and responsibilities to achieve the best results. I myself am a sole trader and from that I also have great experience of recruitment and HR issues. I’m well equipped to discuss how you can grow your business and how you can best recruit the right employees. HR issues that we can discuss range all the way from how to motivate your employees to how to deal with difficult conversations.

You can expect a meeting in which we discuss your concrete questions, together lay out a plan for how you will move forward and also plan a follow-up to confirm that you are achieving the results you are seeking.
