What are the issues that entrepreneurs can talk about with you?
All questions concerning the person’s own and the company’s development. Everything from detailed questions regarding sales meetings (live or digital), pricing, quotations, website selling, sales and development, to overarching and strategic issues to do with leadership, profitability, growth, innovation etc.

What can entrepreneurs expect from a meeting with you?
My undivided attention and everything focused on the business. I am curious and professional. I ask a lot of questions, not all of which will be easy to answer. The most important questions are those that you yourself would not have thought of asking. I have long experience as a consultant and coach, and you will have access to everything I know.

How would you like entrepreneurs to prepare for the meeting with you?
If you have a really specific question, it’s helpful of course if you’ve thought it through. But if you haven’t, or are unsure about which way to go, it’s not a problem. We start from the situation you’re in now, and together set out in the direction that you want to go.

What feeling would you like entrepreneurs to take away from your meeting?
I want you to go away with the feeling that’s most important in ensuring that you’ll succeed in your chosen approach. I want your eyes to be shining and for you to feel energetic and competent.

Describe your strengths as a consultant
I have solid knowledge and many years of experience in helping leaders and entrepreneurs to succeed. Whether you are the head of a major organisation or are a sole trader, I will coach you. I am curious, skilled, professional and good at asking challenging questions. I will help you find where your energy is and make business as much fun as it should be.
