What are the issues that entrepreneurs can talk about with you?
General issues and advice on sustainability and the environment. Production or follow-up of sustainability and environmental programmes. Implementation of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Training and workshops. Guidance on and implementation of environmental and quality management systems. Support in contacts with public authorities where applicable.

What can entrepreneurs expect from a meeting with you?
I’m an upbeat, committed and solution-focused person with a great knowledge of sustainability and the environment. To me, it’s important to listen to the entrepreneur’s needs and maintain close cooperation. No question is too little or too big; I do my best to deal with all questions. I also dare to challenge entrepreneurs in such a way that they find simple ways of developing the business with the focus on sustainability.

How would you like entrepreneurs to prepare for the meeting with you?
Produce a brief summary of the company and its customers. It may be useful to think about issues regarding sustainability, for example why they are seeking advice on sustainability in particular? Does the business have any goals today for sustainability?

What feeling would you like entrepreneurs to take away from your meeting?
That the time we spent together was productive, that the entrepreneur has received the support sought, plus a little more. A feeling that our cooperation is a simple process with good ideas and solutions that fit with their particular activities. That they feel that they have been listened to and treated kindly.

Describe your strengths as a consultant
I like meeting new people, challenges and developing businesses. Because I’ve been working with the environment and sustainability for more than 10 years in various sectors, I have a wide spread of expertise and a local contact network that the entrepreneur can also benefit from. I’m process-oriented and good at finding solutions, for example by developing new ways of working. To me, it’s important that what we do on sustainability has a purpose and is a natural part of the business as a whole.
