I help you…
with all questions that may concern the conditions, setup, and direction of small or medium-sized businesses. There is no sharp boundary between finance and law in a business; the questions flow into each other. I provide support and knowledge about accounting methods, bookkeeping, and understanding current and necessary regulations regarding contracts, permits, government control, etc., to ensure security in business operations. Often, there are specific conditions regarding terms, contracts, law, and finance that you encounter in your particular industry, and I want to contribute knowledge and security to ensure your business is on the right track. A general base of business facts is mixed with answers to questions specific to you, ranging from classic accounting techniques to specific legal and financial conditions you are considering, such as which permits you need as a business owner. A feeling of ignorance and uncertainty about one or more questions is what prevents many from taking steps forward in their business, and I want to help create knowledge, security, and a clear picture of what different choices can lead to.
You can talk to me about…
For example, questions about bookkeeping, accounting, financial statements, VAT, invoices, contracts, international business, deductions, tax returns, grants, industry-specific questions, tax issues, loss transactions, profit distributions, company formation and dissolution, business deals, or any other questions you have. We can also discuss permits and regulations for your business and industry, the need for government contacts and strategy for this, as well as the laws and conditions that apply to you and your business. How to create good contracts in different areas, what needs to be included in terms and contracts to avoid missing something important? There are many general legal questions or specific issues to address, such as company formation, dissolution, business deals, tax law, agreements, contracts within or outside the country, etc. Law can sometimes be simple and sometimes very complicated, but I am here to help you navigate through it and provide the advice you need.
If there are tricky disputes or very advanced legal issues, a Timbank advisor may be too low a level to solve the problem, but it can be advantageous to start at that level to determine the basic conditions for moving forward.
What I do best…
I care about those who seek my help and try to understand the specific situation of the company and the person behind it as best as possible. I have a broad knowledge base and can provide tailored advice and tips. I have worked with both small and medium-sized businesses, both as an operator and advisor, and also many years in various forms of regional business activities.
I have a broad knowledge of business conditions and opportunities and a good understanding of social structures in general.
What you can expect from a meeting with me…
I will ask you in advance if there is anything specific you want advice on so I can prepare in the best way. Otherwise, there is a general base of advice that we can go through as well. Besides the specific knowledge, I would also like to talk about the experience of running a business, from concerns to inspiration, joy, questions, and future prospects, etc. When you leave the meeting, I want you to feel seen and heard, but also with a new dose of knowledge that gives you confidence in your business and increased security in how the company can be run.
