I offer advice adapted to your specific needs. I also use a process to structure my advice. With the process, which comprises a number of phases, we can focus the advice on dealing with one question at a time.
How would you like entrepreneurs to prepare for the meeting with you?
Our process for providing advice takes account of the fact that businesses may be in different stages of development and may have different needs. As a result, I will be using a process to structure our first session. It will be useful if the company has the following information to hand: Corporate identity no., if any. How long has the company existed? If you have a budget and business plan, you should have the relevant documents available during our session.
What feeling would you like entrepreneurs to take away from your meeting?
My work is to support you in your work, but also to inspire you to take the next step in your development. You should have a feeling that you’ve been inspired to continue your journey as an entrepreneur and you should have a structure for how you are to continue developing your business.
Describe your strengths as a consultant
I am an entrepreneur with more than 13 years of experience through my own entrepreneurship in Sweden and internationally in different areas. This means that I understand the entrepreneur’s circumstances and can relate my advice to your day-to-day life as an entrepreneur. I also have operational experience – from going from start-up to growth company with several million in sales.
