What can entrepreneurs expect from a meeting with you?
To be able to talk with someone who himself has struggled, made mistakes, learnt and succeeded, and who enjoys the journey of discovering and learning more. It’s very exciting to get insight into businesses and areas that I haven’t been involved in and to apply lessons from other sectors in order to develop them. Someone who sees the big picture, understands quickly and thinks creatively, with the business and the client as the starting-point, and who will put technology in the service of your company. Having app-based start-up customers on five continents in a wide variety of fields, and operating my own app-based start-ups, I bring with me the latest in digitalisation.

How would you like entrepreneurs to prepare for the meeting with you?
To think about all the ins and outs – the customer and the user and their driving forces. How do you build a 100% digital business on top of the one you already have? What is the core element of your business? On that basis, what can you eliminate (in many cases, a lot of it), automate (in many cases, most of it), delegate/outsource?

What feeling would you like entrepreneurs to take away from your meeting?
A positive feeling that “it’s possible” and “I can”. A willingness to do, to try now and to love the learning journey.
