develop your business by supporting you as a coaching sounding board and sharing my own practical experiences. The conversation is based on your vision for your business, where we together consider three primary aspects: capability, engagement, and market. From here, we can dive into specific questions, such as developing a growth market strategy, concept development for your services, and leadership as the organization grows or changes.
The goal is to inspire you to further develop your business in a way that is sustainable in terms of economy, engagement, and demand. If applicable, I can also activate my network, where there are opportunities for collaboration or exchange of experiences.

As an entrepreneur, it is common to face practical questions regarding balances, such as investment versus potential and risk. What endurance is there if I make a certain investment, and how can I optimize the outcome of my investment? This question can concern hiring, purchasing goods, or investing in marketing projects.
Other types of questions can be more structural in nature. For example, there may be questions about the platform for growth. Can my type of business best grow organizationally, with partners, or perhaps as a franchise? Should I position the business as a more fixed cog in the ecosystem to be effective in my role, or vertically integrate with the supply chain to increase value creation? These are questions I can help with.
What I do best…
I can provide particularly good support to Swedish service companies in IT or consulting where there is a desire to develop and grow. My strength lies in experience from different types of businesses in various phases. I am an experienced entrepreneur in the IT and consulting industry, having developed several small companies and also carried out business development in larger companies. This includes everything from business and operational development in small companies from founding to turnover exceeding 600 million SEK. It also includes leading initiatives in business development in more complex organizations such as Ikea, Volvo, H&M, etc.
With an academic background in Exec. MBA and Civil Engineering in Computer Science, I use well-known frameworks and methods in my coaching.
What you can expect from a meeting with me…
We start with a brief introduction, and then go through your vision. From here, we dive into specific challenges and opportunities, where I share my experience and present different aspects.
The meeting can also include mini-workshops, such as exercises where we conduct a SWOT analysis or set a platform for budget, forecast, and follow-up.
You can expect a dialogue based on a desire to help and support for success. I listen to your wishes and am constructive and solution-focused with balanced realism.
