My greatest strength is being able to take a step back and see the big picture. I am also structured and good at concretizing both goals and activities. My experience from working in both manufacturing industry, with product and service development, and with digitalization also provides good conditions to support companies across several areas.

I will want to listen to your own view of your company and what it is you now want to do. In the meeting with me, you will always take the driver's seat, but I will help shape and concretize the plan forward. Before the meeting, it is good if you reflect on your current situation and also try to be clear about what it is you want to do. What is your vision, resources, conditions, challenges, and competitors? If the preliminary work is done, we will have the opportunity to accelerate in our meeting and get the most out of our time together.
