I started my career as a journalist but over the past 15 years my work has been running and developing growth companies. This has given me a mix of skills spanning communication and storytelling, along with business development and business strategy. In many cases, these two areas also have strong connections with each other. Issues that I’m passionate about are the company’s story, vision/mission and business and growth strategy.

Strong commitment, an extensive network of contacts and hands-on help. No hollow clichés, but real, practical help. I’m straightforward, clear and someone who sets high standards for those I work with, and above all for myself.
How would you like entrepreneurs to prepare for the meeting with you?
Being clear about what they want from the business and their own career is important to be able to create shared visions. Listing the most obvious challenges right now is another good way of preparing.
What feeling would you like entrepreneurs to take away from your meeting?
Inspiration and a feeling that achieving the ambitious targets will be difficult – but that it will be possible!
